We are proud to announce that Mikael Leckborn is joining Adline as the new CEO. The company is now entering an even more aggressive growth phase and therefore needs to increase capacity and even further strengthen its management team. An experienced business leader, Mikael will succeed Carl-Wilhelm Vedvik and assume responsibilities on May 2nd.
Co-Founder Carl-Wilhelm Vedvik will continue as the company’s COO, and will be a key part of leading the daily operations and implementing SaaS strategies together with the team.
Mikael Leckborn is a seasoned business and finance executive with 12+ years of corporate leadership and sales experience in the Technology, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Financial Services sectors including commercial experience from Oslo Market Solutions.

Mikael has the necessary experience and a solid understanding of the MarTech industry. He adds to an already very strong lineup of talented people in Adline“, says Dag Honningsvåg, Chairman of the Board.
While at Oslo Market Solutions, Mikael worked as CCO and lately Acting CEO leading the full merger of Oslo Market Solutions into Infront AS after the M&A transaction.
“Mikael will work alongside with Co-founder Carl Wilhelm Vedvik to drive value creation of the company. With increased capacity in Adline, Carl will continue to build the SaaS infrastructure as the company’s COO together with the team”, continues Honningsvåg.
Mikael Leckborn received a Masters degree in Financial Economics from University of Gothenburg in 2010. In 2021, Mikael was picked up in the Dagens Næringslivs 40 under 40 and has invested in Adline.
Adline management team will hereby consist of Mikael Leckborn (CEO), Carl-Wilhelm Vedvik (COO), Mike Damnjanovic (CCO), Jo Hansæl (CPO) and Alexander Trofimov (CTO).
